Booking Information

Reservations

Reservations are binding for both the duration and the type of pitch booked.
No changes are allowed at check-in.

Free Cancellation

Campsite: up to 31 days before arrival
Apartments: up to 43 days before arrival

After these deadlines, the deposit will be fully retained.

Payment

The balance must be paid on arrival, in cash, by debit card, or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express).

In case of typing errors in the quotes sent by email, the official prices listed on our website shall always prevail.

Winter Information - from 06/12/2025 to 22/03/2026

During the winter season, only standard pitches are available.
In high season, bookings require a minimum stay of 5 nights.
For arrivals on 29, 30 or 31 December, a minimum stay of 7 nights is required.
For the rest of the season, the minimum stay is 2 nights.
Private bathrooms can only be rented on the following fixed dates:
from 20/12/2025 to 27/12/2025
from 27/12/2025 to 03/01/2026
from 3 January 2026 to 10 January 2026
Free shuttle service available exclusively for the Col de Lin Ski School and the Col Rodella cable car.
Direct access from the campsite to the Col Rodella ski lifts (only 250 metres away).
10 kg and 15 kg gas cylinders can be purchased at the campsite.
Late check-out is not permitted during the high winter season.
During the high and low seasons, the minimum occupancy of the pitch is 2 adults.

Second extra car not allowed: only one motor vehicle per pitch
Gas cylinders available at the campsite: 10 kg and 15 kg
Late check-out not allowed during high season
Minimum occupancy for Regular and Superior pitches: 2 adults
Minimum occupancy for Comfort pitches: 3 adults

GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR PITCHES:

Pitches available from: 2:30 PM
Check-out: by 12:00 PM
- Late check-out after 12:00 PM incurs an extra night charge

Check-in

Pitches: 2:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Private bathrooms: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Check-out

Pitches and private bathrooms: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

❌ Cancellation Policy

Deposit: 30% at the time of booking
Cancellation up to 31 days before arrival: free, deposit refunded minus €10 administration fee (bank transfer)
Cancellation from 30 days before arrival to arrival day: 30% penalty of booked services
Late arrival, early departure, or no-show: 100% penalty of booked and unused days
Right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation bookings (art. 59, Italian Consumer Code, D.Lgs. 206/2005)
Cancellations must be sent by email, not by phone

🚫 No-Show

If you do not arrive on the booked date without written notice:
- The pitch or accommodation will be re-rented from the next day
- The deposit will not be refunded and cannot be used or transferred to any period other than the originally booked one

✏️ Booking Modifications

Allowed only up to 31 days before arrival
After this period, bookings cannot be modified

💳 Payment

Pay the balance on arrival: cash, debit card, credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express
Discounts and promotions cannot be combined

➕ Extras

Electricity: pay per use, €0.70/kWh
Tourist tax: €1.50 per person per night from age 14, payable on-site

🐕 Pets

Dogs allowed on a leash and up to date with mandatory vaccinations
Owner responsible for cleanliness and behavior of the animal

GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR APARTMENTS:
🏠 Check-in and Check-out Times

Apartments are available on Saturdays after 2:30 PM.
They must be vacated on Saturdays between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

💰 Security Deposit

A cash security deposit is required upon arrival.
The deposit will be returned only after the apartment has been inspected at the end of the stay.

🛏️ Apartment Amenities

Bed linens, towels, blankets, dishcloths, and kitchenware are included.
Electricity and water are included in the price.
In winter (December–April), heating costs (19°–20°C) are also included.

💳 Payments

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due at check-in.

⚠️ Cancellations and Penalties

Cancellation up to 43 days before arrival is free (deposit refunded minus €10 administrative fee via bank transfer).
Cancellation from 42 days before arrival until the day of arrival incurs a 50% penalty of booked services.
Early departure, late arrival, or no-show: 100% of the booked days will be charged.
Failure to arrive without written notice: the apartment will be re-rented the following day, deposit not refunded.

📜 Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation bookings.
Cancellation conditions also apply in case of unforeseen inability to travel.
